Job summary

Goodwill in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking a part-time Donation Pricing Associate to process and price quality donations in our stockroom. You will stay informed about brand names, maker marks, and pricing for hardlines, and help keep the stockroom organized and ready for merchandising.

The role emphasizes donor and customer satisfaction, adherence to safety guidelines, and collaboration with supervisors and team members to maintain a neat, efficient workspace and support floor operations.

Qualifications

• 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of brand names, maker marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
• Sort hard lines into salable, e-commerce, and salvage/outlet categories and price accordingly.
• Maintain accurate production counts and adhere to agency standards and goals.
• Keep sorting and processing areas neat and clean.
• Assist with floor running, rotation, merchandising and floor cleaning as needed.
• Follow all agency safety policies and guidelines and address safety concerns with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
• Price and categorize hardlines based on brand names, maker marks, and vintage opportunities.
• Sort donations into salable, e-commerce, and salvage/outlet categories and price accordingly.
• Maintain accurate counts and keep areas organized and clean.

• Follow safety policies and report hazards to supervisors.
