Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through medical, legal and emotional steps in the surrogacy journey.
• Ensure timely payments and coordination with agency staff throughout the process.
• Participate in intake and ongoing support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager.
