• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) to organize data and build models.
• Working knowledge of financial statements and core accounting concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to the audience.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather inputs and resolve data questions.

Responsibilities

• Supports monthly and quarterly reporting by preparing standard management reports and KPI summaries.
• Assists with budgets and forecast cycles by collecting inputs and consolidating submissions.
• Performs routine variance analysis versus budget/forecast and flags notable drivers to leadership.
• Maintains basic financial models to support forecasting, headcount planning, and expense tracking.
• Partners with accounting and business teams to validate data and support close-related activities.
• Prepares ad hoc analyses to support operational decisions and scenario comparisons.
• Documents assumptions and methodologies to promote transparency and audit readiness.
• Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying reporting inefficiencies and supporting automation.
