Job summary

Aumni in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Financial Reporting Associate for Alternative Funds to prepare, analyze, and review statements for hedge funds, private equity, and hybrid funds, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and Lux GAAP where applicable. You will support audit processes and collaborate with regulators, fund managers, and accounting teams.

You will leverage your attention to detail and strong Excel skills to deliver accurate reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in finance with exposure to accounting/regulatory reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and investment fund structures.
Excellent time management, problem solving, and communication skills.
Team player able to collaborate across functions and locations.

Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements and reports for alternative funds.
Coordinate data with regulators and auditors to ensure timely submissions.
Perform quarter-to-quarter variance analyses and ensure accuracy under US GAAP/IFRS.
Maintain fund accounting records including capital activity and expense accruals.
Support audit processes and fund launches with cross-functional teams.
