Formación

• Must pass a Fingerprint Background Check (CIB) and an APS/CPS Background Check.
• Effective communication with families, children, case workers, and supervisors is essential.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Establish personalized service plans for clients and provide systematic interventions.
• Open cases within mandated time frames and schedule visits with clients.
• Maintain well-ordered client records with chronological intervention notes.
• Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings and submit documentation on time.
