MVCAA is seeking a Family Advocate to support families enrolled in Head Start by advocating for life goals and connecting them to resources during home visits. The role emphasizes a strengths-based approach and collaboration with community providers.

• Enhances parent-child relationships and supports parents as lifelong educators.
