Responsibilities include monitoring security, using approved cleaning solutions with PPE, cleaning windows and restrooms, and reporting equipment repairs. Travel is not required and shifts start on time.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor security and safety by locking doors after hours and checking appliance use for hazards.
• Use cleaning solutions with PPE and follow SDS.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with proper cleaners.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces; service restrooms with disinfectants.
• Arrive on time for the shift and complete work within the allotted time.
• Identify and report needed repairs on equipment.
• Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned.
