Job summary

Salas O'Brien is hosting a fall 2026 UW-Green Bay career fair and is seeking interns or entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience across data centers, healthcare, science and technology, and other sectors of the built environment.

Ideal applicants are enrolled in relevant bachelor’s or master’s programs with a passion for the AEC industry, strong teamwork, and good communication. CAD experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus, and onsite project locations may be involved.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in electrical, mechanical, civil, architectural, or business-related fields such as HR, marketing, finance, or IT.
• A genuine passion for the AEC industry and a desire to contribute to meaningful work is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are also important.
• Experience with CAD software (such as AutoCAD or Revit) and familiarity with engineering analysis tools are helpful.
• Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and working onsite or at project locations may be required.
• Previous internship or co‑op experience in the AEC industry is a plus but not mandatory.
