Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a youth development organization.
Experience in planning and supervising activities for young people.
Title I paraprofessionals must have instructional support qualifications.
Responsibilities
Implement after school activities including academic assistance and enrichment.
Document program schedules, lesson plans, and youth participation.
Use positive behavior management techniques with children.
Skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to deal effectively with youth
Knowledge of Google Suite applications
Education
B.A. degree (or minimum 48 units in process)
Pass the ETS ParaPro Assessment
