Job summary

The Arc of Union County in Mountainside, NJ is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join its Early Intervention team. The program delivers developmental therapies to children from birth to age 3 in the child’s natural environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited university.
• Current Speech-Language Pathology license for NJ.
• One year documented experience with individuals birth to three with delays or disabilities.
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License with ability to be insured by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to infants and toddlers in the child’s natural environment.
• Develop and discuss treatment plans with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Initiate therapeutic methods and collaborate with occupational/physical therapists to implement integrated care.
