KinderCare Learning Companies in Allentown, PA, is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood learning across our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and collaborate with families to promote children's growth.

You will work with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment goals, licensing standards, and program quality while fostering positive relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that suits each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to support child care and education
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensors, community contacts, and partners
