KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a dedicated Teacher to implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and partner with families to support children’s learning and development. You’ll work with center staff to drive enrollment and accreditation goals while building strong relationships with families and community partners.

• Ability to multitask and manage diverse situations effectively.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications or obtain them as required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children’s education and well-being.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, licensing authorities, and community partners.
