Responsibilities

• Assess residents' occupational therapy needs and match them with available services.
• Meet with residents regularly according to treatment program schedules and document progress under supervision.
• Report progress to the supervising OT, management and family members; participate in regular discussions with supervision.
• Stay current with professional literature and attend seminars to maintain and update licensure.
