Qualifications

• Master's Degree in the discipline is required.
• Minimum of 2,000 hours work experience in the field.
• Demonstrates ability to learn Lake Land College information systems and processes; maintains credentials to teach in the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Observes, supports and enforces Lake Land College policies and procedures.
• Complies with Illinois Department of Corrections Regulations and procedures.
• Prepares instructional materials and course syllabi; evaluates student performance.
• Maintain accurate scholastic records and submit required documents.
• Remain current with content, technology and instructional methods.
• Communicate regularly with the associate dean regarding absences or class cancellations.
