Job summary

Cell Staff is seeking a licensed RN for a full-time position at a correctional facility in Wisconsin. The RN will work 12-hour shifts and may include weekends, providing comprehensive nursing care to inmates under the supervision of medical staff.

Responsibilities include health screenings, triage, mental health assessments, medication administration, and emergency response. Requires an active RN license in the state and at least 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed RN in the state where the position is located (in good standing).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform health screenings and physical examinations.
• Triage, assess, and treat inmates’ medical needs.
• Provide mental health assessments and care.
• Administer medications, wound care, IVs, and other nursing tasks as directed.
• Serve as first responder in emergencies.
