Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment with no sanctions.
• Correctional healthcare experience or ability to work in secure settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and charting skills for inmate populations.
• Medication administration and monitoring per nurse-driven treatment plans.
• Knowledge of inmate confidentiality and related privacy standards.
• Crisis response readiness and on-site emergency protocols.
• Ability to document incident reports and participate in quality improvement.
• Data-driven approach to tracking patient metrics and performance targets.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and mentors peers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver immediate, quality nursing care to inmates in a correctional setting.
