Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and current Oklahoma Teaching Certificate.
• Experience teaching in correctional or similar settings preferred.
• Ability to plan, deliver and assess instruction for inmates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classes in required subjects such as science, English, social studies, mathematics, and others.
• Plan courses, administer exams, and prepare progress reports.
• Devise instructional materials and provide individual instruction and guidance to inmates.
• Maintain classroom discipline and participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Maintain inventory of books and supplies.
