Job summary

Premiere Behavioral Supports LLC in South Jersey is seeking a part-time community support staff to assist adults with developmental disabilities in daily living and learning social skills. The position offers 20 hours per week with varied locations across Cumberland County, with on-site work in West Deptford, NJ.

You will conduct one-on-one skill-building, help clients set goals, and complete required documentation while participating in community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of previous professional work experience with a person with a developmental disability.
• Valid driver's license in good standing, valid car insurance, and pre-employment drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to developmentally disabled adults with daily living tasks and social goals.
• Provide one-on-one skill-building interventions.
• Build rapport with clients and communicate openly and respectfully.
• Complete all required documentation and maintain records.
• Contribute to community-based activities and programs.
