Job summary

Indium Corporation is seeking a Co-op Student in Government Affairs & Program Development in Clinton, NY to support research, communications, and project coordination across the department. This 13-week assignment provides exposure to policy research, cross-functional collaboration, and executive reporting.

You will help develop organizational systems, monitor legislation and funding opportunities, and assist with briefing materials and presentations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and data tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and coordinate projects within Government Affairs.
• Develop and maintain organizational systems and dashboards.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Engineering.
• Monitor legislation and government programs.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and background research.
