Job summary

Holy Name Medical Center seeks a Clinical Documentation Specialist (Per Diem) to improve the quality and accuracy of medical record documentation. You will analyze clinical information, collaborate with physicians and HIM staff, and contribute to education on documentation improvement.

Responsibilities include timely record reviews, communicating with physicians, and inputting data into CDMP Trak®. Must hold an RN license and have 4–6 years of clinical experience; Bachelor’s degree is required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of clinical experience required.
• RN license required; state licensure or compact licensure upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Learn CDMP® and perform accurate medical record review.
• Recognize opportunities for documentation improvement.
• Formulate clinically credible documentation clarifications and communicate with physicians.
