Seeds Renewables is looking for a motivated Civil Project Engineer III to join our Land Development team in Plano, TX. This role involves designing site layouts and stormwater systems as well as preparing technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and 4+ years of experience in land development. Proficiency in Civil 3D is required, and a collaborative mindset is essential to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in land development civil engineering preferred.
• EIT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designing site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D and other modeling tools.
• Performing engineering calculations and solving real-world design challenges.
• Preparing technical specifications and construction documents.
• Conducting research and writing objective reports to support project completion.
• Assisting with cost estimates and construction planning.
• Supporting field inspections and data collection.
• Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and senior engineers to deliver high-quality results.
