Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 2 years of professional civil engineering experience.
• Knowledge of civil engineering practices, codes and public works standards.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications and reports for project reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional civil engineering assignments and review plans and permits for PWD projects.
• Develop technical drawings and reports using CAD/GIS software and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies and municipalities and respond to public inquiries.
• Ensure work complies with county regulations and design standards.
