Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our growing team in Visalia, CA. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality, routine chiropractic care in a convenient retail setting, allowing you to focus on improving patients’ lives.

You will perform adjustments, educate patients, maintain records, and support membership sales while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and a stable, values-driven company culture.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations
