Job summary
South Carolina Department of Social Services seeks a CWS Team Leader for Family Preservation in Saluda County. You will supervise frontline case managers, oversee case consultations, coaching, and training, and ensure fidelity to policy and the GPS Practice Model.

- Supervision of Child Welfare Service teams and staff.
- Coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensures fidelity to DSS policy and GPS Practice Model.
Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of Child Welfare Service area of Family Preservation.
- Lead case consultations, coaching, and training for front line staff.
- Ensure timely completion of CANS and FAST assessments and related plans.
- Promote safety, permanency and well-being per policy and data reports.
- Provide on-call duties and support to on-call staff.
