Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old or older preferred).

• Hold an associates degree.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the designated individual upon arrival at the school.
• Reviews lesson plans and schedules with the school representative.
• Maintains routines and procedures of the school and classroom.
• Teaches the lesson plans outlined by the regular classroom teacher.
• Oversees pupil behavior during class, lunch, and other periods.
• Maintains maximum supervision of assigned students at all times.
• Reports in writing on the day’s activities at the end of each teaching day.
• Follows all policies, rules and procedures.
• Remains on school grounds during assigned hours.
• Models nondiscriminatory practices in all activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
