Job summary

Hopebridge in Indian Trail, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement therapy plans, track progress, and help develop communication and school readiness.

The role offers hourly pay of $18–$20 based on experience and RBT certification, paid training, benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, a 401k match, and weekday schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories (both big and small!), help kids and families celebrate milestones.
