BrightPath is seeking a Behavioral Intervention Specialist to support adults with complex behavioral needs in a residential program in Burnsville/Apple Valley, MN. You will guide de-escalation, assist in crisis prevention, and document progress to inform care plans.

Requirements include 4 years direct work with severe behaviors or a related BA with 2 years experience, crisis intervention certification, physical intervention experience, and a valid driver’s license.

• 4 years direct work with severe challenging behaviors or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience.
• Crisis intervention certification.
• Physical intervention experience.
• Strong documentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
