KVC Missouri Training & Compliance Team is seeking a Training and Compliance Specialist to support quality and compliance across departments. This role identifies compliance issues and recommends corrective actions, leveraging behavioral health expertise and strong training skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and delivering trainings, coaching staff, onboarding new employees, and supporting ongoing professional development, with a focus on serving children, youth and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree as listed above and two years of related experience.
• Experience in developing and delivering effective training.
• Strong training and staff development background in behavioral health.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with program director to determine effective training solutions.
• Maintains records of training activities, attendance and assessments.
• Creates interactive exercises to reinforce learning and engage audience.
• Monitors safety indicators and reports compliance issues.
• Tracks data points to identify patterns and opportunities for staff training.
• Prepares monthly data tracking reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Measures and tracks program goals and outcomes.
• Reviews client files for completion and quality documentation.
• Supports performance improvement activities across programs, licensing, accreditation, and safety.
