Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication skills and passion for working with children.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition and communication.
• Learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
• Monitor and implement behavior plans consistently.
• Complete daily progress notes and celebrate kids' milestones.
