Job summary

Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 and group ABA services for children with neurodevelopmental differences in the Mesa area. You will implement evidence-based behavior plans in collaboration with BCBA supervisors and families, documenting progress and ensuring safe, supportive environments across settings.

The role requires travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius, with part-time or full-time options and a pathway for career advancement within Cortica’s

Qualifications

Experience working with children (autism a plus)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
Tech-savvy with EMR systems and MS Office

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children
Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA
Use evidence-based practices to drive meaningful progress for families
Document session data to track treatment goals
Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments
Follow Cortica crisis protocols (de-escalation, mandated reporting)
