Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design, oversee, and mentor ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. You will supervise RBTs and Analysts, collaborate with families and professionals, and ensure high-quality services while maintaining ethical standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, client-focused planning, and data-driven decision-making, with opportunities for mentorship, growth, and weekend/after-hours flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
