Job summary

Achiev ements ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment implementation and in-person supervision across home, daycare, and school settings. You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs, train caregivers, and maintain compliant clinical records while traveling within assigned service areas.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Experience with treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
• Willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• NC licensure or in-process licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision for RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate care across settings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
