Job summary

Heartland ABA in State Center, IA is seeking a part-time Autism Support & Skill Building Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, helping independence and positive behavior.

You will join a clinical team, record data on devices, and collaborate with families; RBT certification required before working; 6-month commitment requested; same-day pay included.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
