Job summary

Responsibilities include documentation, admissions, discharge planning, family sessions, utilization reviews, crisis response, and collaboration with the treatment team to ensure high-quality care across RTC

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.
• Completion of state requirements to conduct therapeutic interventions is required.
• Operates under supervision and is not fully licensed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clinical documentation is completed timely throughout the course of treatment.
• Establish therapeutic rapport with patients and families/loved ones.
• Facilitates admission assessments and the admission process for new patients with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
• Maintains case load and completes therapy sessions as assigned.
• Facilitates group therapy and family sessions.
• Provides utilization reviews to insurance companies for authorizations and care continuity.
• Begins discharge planning on day of admission and completes discharge sessions.

Education
