Job summary

PSEG is seeking an AI Engineer to blend hands-on AI engineering with LLMOps to establish scalable, secure, and production-ready AI capabilities across the enterprise.

The role focuses on evaluating, prototyping, designing, developing, deploying, supporting, and continuously improving AI solutions using enterprise AI platforms and cloud services, ensuring reliability, security, and operational efficiency throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of software/cloud/AI engineering experience.
• Experience building cloud-based applications and APIs.
• Proficiency in Python scripting or programming.

Responsibilities

• AI Development: Develop POC solutions for enterprise AI and Generative AI use cases.
• Build AI agents, copilots, workflows, APIs, and AI-enabled applications using cloud services.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and validate feasibility with business and technical teams.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI solutions in production environments.
• Support CI/CD, deployment automation, and lifecycle management for AI apps.
