Job summary

You will support intellectual, emotional, and spiritual activities in a group or individual setting, guided by assessment results.

Qualifications

• Cares for residents with dignity and respect.
• 1-2 years' experience in related position in healthcare preferred.
• Aptitude for arts and crafts.

Responsibilities

• Respects and upholds residents' personal and property rights, including knocking before entering rooms.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Conducts group or one-to-one activity programs per calendar.
• Sets up activity areas and arranges equipment for scheduled activities.
• Assists residents to and from activity programs as needed.
• Keeps activity area tidy and returns materials to proper place.
