Heartland Behavior in Iowa seeks a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team, delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Candidate should be patient, compassionate and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
