Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, collect session data, and support families while collaborating with clinical staff.

No prior experience is required, with opportunities to pursue the 40-hour RBT course and advance in the growing ABA field through BK Academy training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion with the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients at homes or community locations.
• 40-hour RBT course encouraged; minimum 6-month commitment; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as integral member of our clinical team for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
