Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Ohio seeks a part-time Certified Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings.

You'll receive training to earn your RBT certification, join a supportive clinical team, and enjoy the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your life while contributing to meaningful outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification with company training.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm with children on the autism spectrum.
• Commitment to at least six months in the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
