Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This role offers flexible hours, part-time opportunities, and same-day pay, with a 6-month commitment encouraged to support our clients’ goals.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with training provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and patient, compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients and support independence.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
