Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to help clients reach their goals.

The position emphasizes part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional advancement. A paid training program and Same Day Pay are available to new hires, with a supportive team and ongoing BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Demonstrates patience and compassion while supporting children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to ABA therapy goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
