Job summary

Heartland Behavior in the United States (Ohio) seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our devoted ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans and recording data with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
RBT certification required before working.
Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
