Horizon Blue ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to work directly with children and families in home and clinic settings. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, leveraging ABA principles to support child development and family progress.

The role emphasizes compassionate, hands-on care and building trusted relationships within the community. We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules, with sessions typically after school hours or weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs
