Job summary

aba360 seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes or community settings. No prior experience required, with training provided. The role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and valuable hands-on experience in autism intervention.

Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, recording data, and collaborating with families to improve outcomes. Spanish language skills are preferred to better support diverse clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Prefers able to communicate in Spanish.
• Must have patience and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
