ABA360 is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record progress data, and collaborate with families and clinicians to improve outcomes for children with Autism.

No experience is required, and this part-time role offers opportunities to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and advance in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support treatment goals.
• Support families in reinforcing strategies at home.
