Job summary

Hope Network is seeking an ABA Behavior Analyst to deliver person-centered behavioral health services in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will conduct assessments, design evidence-based ABA treatment plans, analyze data, and supervise behavior technicians to support individuals with disabilities or disadvantages.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, engage families through training and coaching, and ensure high-quality, ethical care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze data to inform progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure fidelity of implementation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care.
• Engage families through coaching and training to support client progress and consistency.
