Qualifications

• Ability to relate to and inspire young athletes.
• Knowledge of care of and prevention of athletic injuries.
• Organizational skills/resources to enhance the program.
• Skill in oral presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support 9th grade softball as Head/Assistant I Coach.
• Report to Athletic Director, principal, and local superintendent.
• Plan practices and competitions; manage program logistics.
• Ensure player safety and maintain compliance with district policies.

Education

State of Ohio Teacher’s Certificate (preferred, not required)
