Job summary

A local preschool is looking for a Full Time Preschool 3's Teacher in Oklahoma City, OK, to develop and implement engaging lesson plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and experience working with young children. Responsibilities include creating a stimulating learning environment, conducting assessments, maintaining classroom safety, and communicating with parents. Qualifications

• Relevant experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or educational setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification may be required depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Conduct ongoing observations and assessments of each child's progress.
• Establish and maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe classroom.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to assistant teachers.
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and health standards.
