The role focuses on BIA, risk assessments, RTO/RPO definitions, and resilience initiatives while contributing to audits and executive reporting.

Qualifications

3–5 years in business continuity, risk, information security, or related areas.
Experience with BIA and risk assessment methodologies.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threats, vulnerabilities, and controls.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate technical information for business audiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA), risk assessments, and stakeholder workshops.
Identify critical business functions, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and single points of failure.
Assess cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls.
Define and validate RTO/RPO and recovery priorities.
Support security, continuity, and compliance audits.
Develop risk reports, dashboards, documentation, and executive presentations.
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams on resilience and security initiatives.
