Job summary

ICONIQ Impact seeks a Philanthropy Research Manager to identify giving opportunities for donors in the ICONIQ network and deepen the team’s expertise in programmatic areas. You will vet nonprofits, derive insights quickly across social impact areas, and help shape philanthropic strategy with high‑level diligence.

The role reports to Lizzie Redman, Director of Partnerships and Programs, and operates within a hybrid team, requiring three days in our New York City office.

• Ability to derive insights quickly across diverse social impact areas.
• Comfort with data analysis and bias-awareness in evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess unique giving opportunities for donors in the ICONIQ network.
• Vet nonprofits and deepen team expertise in programmatic areas.
• Build systems to gather information to inform philanthropic strategy and due diligence.
• Source organizations that meet identified strategies and perform high-level diligence ahead of funding.
